On July 20, 2015, twenty six (26) MSMEs from various cooperatives/associations in Ilagan City, Isabela attended the Entrepreneurship Seminar.  This was the first activity conducted at the newly established Negosyo Center of the province.

Mr. Elmer Agorto, Trade and Industry Development Specialist facilitated the seminar assisted by Ms. Jessamae Malana, Negosyo Center coordinator in Isabela.

The topics covered were: How to start a business with focus on the different project ideas that will serve as their bases in venturing on their own business activity.

Mr. Agorto emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in the community.  He also discussed bookkeeping because some of the participants had already started their small businesses.

The participants appreciated the seminar since   the topics were very helpful to them as start-up entrepreneurs. According to them, they are hoping for more seminars that will cover business-related topics for them to become more successful.
